After sales service
The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the delivery date. Any failure due to quality reason, our company will provide free maintenance service or replacement if necessary.
If products are damaged due to improper use by users (such as static electricity, improper welding and wiring, over-current and over-voltage, non-physical damage.), our company will try our best to repair it, at the mean while we will charge the maintenance cost.
Once our products failure, please describe the failure phenomenon with pictures and videos, so that our technical persons can accurately judge the cause of failure and provide better maintenance service.
Handling of transportation damage
To make sure all goods are in good condition while receiving, please open boxes and accept all goods in person , confirm products are free of damage and defects during transportation, then sign for receipt.
If there is any damage or missing in transportation, please do not sign for receipt. Keep the goods and packing materials, and contact us immediately. If no objection to the received products, it will be deemed that the acceptance has passed, and our company will not be responsible for the damage, unless otherwise agreement in the contract.
